May 7th


  • co trained first client and their main emphasis was cardio based so did some core cardio and some light plyo training
  • we then spend some time doing inventory of the supplements we got in today
  • then trained another client through some cardio core work as well as some low back strengthening
  • finally we conversed with some of our more avid clients about training for endurance and I gave them a few workouts with the kettle bells
Hours 3:00-7:00
