July 26th

  • trained my client who is in my conditiong class, we did a spin warm up followed by various full body exercise coupled with some endurance and isometric holds for a deep burn
  • training my heptathlon girl. we worked on some strength gaining with weights. we did varioud band exercises to emphasise a complete pull throughout the motion
hours 5:00-7:30
