July 5th

  • Worked in the shake shop
  • Had our second day of class
  • One person was still in town from the mid week holiday so it was a personal training session
  • did a hip flexor strengthening routine on the tredmill and finished with a full cardio based resistance training routine.
  • wrote up a personalized training plan for the client because they will be gone for the next week and didnt want to fall behind
Hours 5:00-8:00
